Holistic Training is an approach to wellness that integrates physical health with mental, emotional, and spiritual health.  

Holistic training
can include any or all of the following as methods to increase overall well-being:

Subtle body work including chakra balancing with essential oils, aromatherapy, mantra, and affirmations

Physical training including yoga, strength, cardio, breathing practices, and relaxation 

Satvic nutritional guidance

Clients make a commitment to be an active participant in their training and realize that all true change comes from within.
