Holistic personal training can include any or all of the following as methods to increase overall well-being:
•Physical training including yoga, strength, and cardio

•Cakra energy work
•Relaxation Techniques
•Positive Affirmations
•Aromatheraphy
•Satvic nutritional guidance
Clients make a commitment to be an active participant in their training and realize that all true change comes from within.
Each consultation is done in two sessions. The first session is about 75-90 minutes and includes a comprehensive screening in addition to pre-session paperwork. The second session is between 45-60 minutes and includes rehearsal of a prescriptive practice based on results of assessment. Clients receive a custom DVD of their practice and a CD and other handouts as applicable as well as email support. Consultations are $150 due at first session.
